Groome Real Estate is led by namesake Dwayne Groome, an award-winning real estate agent and Sales Trainer who is well known throughout the real estate industry.

Over 25 years selling experience

After graduating from Queen Elizabeth Composite High School in 1980, Dwayne pursued a career in construction acquiring a few trade tickets, then in 1998 he received his Real Estate license. Dwayne was a top producer as a member with the Edmonton Real Estate Board and in 2004 found himself training other real estate agents how to sell; showing agents that their client’s #1 goal needs to be their #1 goal and how to market homes became a passion for Dwayne. From 2004 to 2012 Dwayne focused on a career as a sales trainer all over Canada and the US, in 2012 Dwayne decided to train part time and focus full time on what he has taught so many, helping his clients buy and sell, becoming again one of the top agents as a marketer and expert negotiator. Dwayne is now Sales Trainer and REALTOR® with eXp Realty and a Keynote a Speaker throughout Canada and the US.
