Dwayne Groome

After graduating from Queen Elizabeth Composite High School in 1980, Dwayne pursued a career in construction acquiring a few trade tickets graduating from NAIT in 1985.  Then in 1998 Dwayne received his Real Estate license.  Dwayne was a top producer as a member of the Edmonton Real Estate Board and in 2002 found himself training other real estate agents how to sell; showing agents that their clients #1 goal needs to be their #1 goal and how to market homes became a passion for Dwayne.  From 2004 to 2012 Dwayne focused on a career as a sales trainer and motivational speaker all over Canada and the US, in 2012 Dwayne decided to train/speak part time and focus full time on what he has taught so many, helping his clients buy and sell, becoming again one of the top agents in Edmonton as a marketer and expert negotiator.  Dwayne is now Sales Trainer and REALTOR for the Groome Real Estate Team with eXp Realty and a Key Note Speaker throughout Canada and the US.
